The Skyhigh Network Staff Event!

Briefing

Pilot Brief:

Join the Skyhigh Staff as we fly from EGSS (Stansted) to EGGD (Bristol). This flight will take around 45 minutes and we will be staffing both aerodromes aswell as enroute control. Please use Simbrief with the lateset AIRAC to create your flight plan. We ask that you please fly one of the following airlines (see below) operating as a repositioning flight with an appropriate callsign. EZY, TOM, RYR and EXS are all the available opertators and this is to try and ensure that this event is a realistic as possible. Everyone will fly out of Pier B at Stansted (stands 30 to 40). We ask that you connect to the network 10 mins prior to the event start and aim to get your clearance at 19z to depart at around 19.15z. You may be asked to hold on the ground or enroute, or perform an IFR circuit at the discretion of ATC.

ATC Brief:

All positions available to control for this event will be below. It is mandatory that controllers have a double connection as both a pilot and ATC. Enroute controllers will operate a top down service on other aerodromes that are not staffed by ADC controllers. All LOA should be followed during the event. Any questions about roles and responsibilities with this being the 1st event please open a ticket and request assistance from ATC Ops. Freeflow will be suspended for all departures until authorised by CSD, releases are to be coordinated with CSD.

Positions are given out by the Events department. If you hold the rating for an open one, say so in the Discord and it is yours.
